Gestures-A movement of the head ,hand etc to express something you can notice while case receiving or told by IPR .

     These are very important and real symptoms should be given more importance than patient's versions but should be taken with care.

Gesture -patient se case lete time ya ipr humko batata hai ki woh apne aap kuch head,hand etc se kuchh action karta hai.

    Observatary symptoms ko patient ke versions se adhik importance dena chahiye kyonki yah vital force ki awaaz hoti hai jabki patient ke version se unki feeling ko samajhna kafi mushqil hota hai.

    This rubric can be used when the patient wears a mask in the waiting room or while receiving a case, or covers his mouth with a cloth or does not want to come in contact with another patient to protect himself from the viruses.

 रूब्रिक का उपयोग तब  कर सकते हैं जब मरीज वेटिंग रूम में या केस रिसीविंग के समय मास्क लगाता है, या मुंह को कपडे से ढक लेता है या दूसरे मरीज के वायरस से बचने के लिए  एहतियात बरतता   है।

Rubric ko tab use kar sakte hain jab patient waiting room me ya case receiving ke time mask lagata hai,ya munh ko kapde se dhak leta ya doosre patient ke virus se bachne ke liye tuch me nahi aana chata.Saavdhani baratta hai.
