Hypochondrical:

Hypochondriacal describes someone who is excessively preoccupied with their health and fears they have a serious illness, even when there's no evidence to support it. 

हाइपोकॉन्ड्रियाकल वह व्यक्ति होता है जो अपने स्वास्थ्य को लेकर अत्यधिक चिंतित रहता है और उसे डर रहता है कि उसे कोई गंभीर बीमारी हो सकती है, भले ही इसका समर्थन करने के लिए कोई सबूत न हो। 

Explanation:

         The patient has a minor illness, all the reports are normal but he still keeps worrying that something has happened to me, the doctor is not able to understand my illness and I should report to a good place.

          मरीज को छोटी सी बीमारी है, सभी रिपोर्ट सामान्य है लेकिन वह फिर भी चिंता करता रहता है कि मुझे कुछ तो हो गया है, डॉक्टर मेरी बीमारी समझ नहीं पा रहे हैं, और अच्छी जगह रिपोर्ट करानी चाहिए।

        Patient ko choti si beemari hai,sabhi reports normal hain lekin woh fir bhi chinta karta rahta hai ki mujhe kuchh to ho gaya hai,doctor meri beemari samajh nahi pa rahe hain,aur achchi jagah report karani chahiye.

         Patient  apni chhoti si bhi beemari ko lekar bahut zyada chinta karta hai ki doctor aur reports ko andekha karke internet search karta hai ,books/ medical books raat-din padhta hai ki kahi par bhi uski beemari ka samadhan mil jaye.
