Strangers:
A person that you do not know

अपरिचित व्‍यक्ति, अजनबी

Explanation:

        The patient gets anxious in front of strangers. What is his nature? How and what else can he talk to him? Do not take anything badly. What would he be thinking about me? Because the patient has no information about strangers (Mind-Anxiety in dark).
         Metaphorically the patient gets anxious when he gets some new problem about which he does not know.

       If fear is visible on the patient's face then take the MAND-Fear of Strangers rubric.

          मरीज़ों को अजनबियों के सामने चिंता होती है, इसका स्वभाव कैसा है?इससे कैसे और क्या बात कर सकते हैं? किसी बात का बुरा ना मान जाए.मेरे बारे में क्या सोच रहा होगा? क्योंकि अजनबियों के बारे में मेरे मरीज़ को कोई जानकारी नहीं होती।
         Metaphorically रोगी को तब चिंता होती है जब कोई नई तकलीफ़ उसको हो जाती है जिसके बारे में उसको पता नहीं होता ।
अगर मरीज़ के चेहरे पर डर दिखे तो Mind-Fear of strangers रूब्रिक लें।

         Patient ko strangers ke saamne chinta hoti hai,kaisa Iska nature hai?isse kaise aur kya baat kar sakte hain? Kisi baat ka bura na maan jaye.Mere Bare me kya soch raha hoga? Kyonki strangers ke baare me patient ko koi jaankari nahi hoti(Mind-Anxiety in dark).

         Metaphorically patient ko tab chinta hoti hai jab koi nayi takleef usko ho jati hai jiske bare me nahi pata hota.

         Agar mareez ke chehre par darr dikhe to Mind-Fear of strangers rubric len.

Doctor Sahib, I have been coughing for many days but yesterday along with the cough blood also came (new thing means stranger), that is why I am wondering how I got blood, is there something wrong.

डॉक्टर साहब मुझे बहुत दिनों से  खांसी आ रही है लेकिन कल खांसी के साथ खून (नयी चीज - stranger) भी आ गया तभी से मैं सोच रहा हूं कि मुझे खून कैसे आ गया, कहीं तो कुछ गड़बड़ है।

Doctor sahab khansi to bahut dino se aa rahi hai lekin kal khansi ke saath khoon(nayi cheez means stranger) bhi aa gaya tabhi se mai soch raha hoon ki mujhe khoon kaise aa gaya,kahi to kuchh gadbad hai.
