Explanation:

      The patient is worried about many kinds of problems in his abdomen, every day he has stomach problems, has to be careful about his food and drinks (Mind-carefulness), he is not enjoying life.

       Metaphorically the patient is worried about the difficulties he is facing in feeding his stomach. He is always worried about how to feed himself and his family members.

      रोगी अपने पेट में काई तरह की समस्याओं से चिंतित है, आए दिन उसको पेट की समस्या हो जाती है, खाने-पीने में सावधानी बरतनी पड़ती है, जिंदगी का  मजा ही नहीं आ रहा।

           Metaphorically patient अपने
पेट  को भरने में आ रही परेशानियाँ से चिंतित है, कैसे अपने और घर वालों का   पेट  भरे,  इसकी चिंता हर समय रहती है।

"पापी पेट का सवाल है"

        Patient apne abdomen me kai tarah ki problems se chintit hai,aaye din usko pet ki problem ho jati hai,khane-peene me parhez (Mind-carefullness) karna padta hai,zindagi ka ko maza hi nahi raha.

      Metaphorically patient apne pet ko bharne me aa rahi pareshaniyon se chintit hai,kaise apne aur ghar walon ka pet pale iski chinta har time rahti hai.
"Papi pet ka sawal hai."
