Anxiety:

       Anxiety is a feeling of fear, dread, and uneasiness. It might cause you to sweat, feel restless and tense, and have a rapid heartbeat. 

       चिंता भय, दहशत और बेचैनी की भावना है। इसके कारण आपको पसीना आ सकता है, बेचैनी और तनाव महसूस हो सकता है, और दिल की धड़कन तेज़ हो सकती है।

Delirium:

 1. A temporary state of mental confusion and fluctuating consciousness resulting from high fever, intoxication, shock, or other causes. It is characterized by anxiety, disorientation, hallucinations, delusions, and incoherent speech.

2. A state of uncontrolled excitement or emotion: 

1. तेज़ बुखार, नशा, सदमे या अन्य कारणों से उत्पन्न मानसिक भ्रम और अस्थिर चेतना की एक अस्थायी स्थिति। इसकी विशेषताएँ चिंता, भटकाव, मतिभ्रम, भ्रम और असंगत वाणी हैं।

 2. अनियंत्रित उत्तेजना या भावना की स्थिति:

     In delirium state, the patient suddenly starts doing things like crying, laughing, speaking loudly, shouting, become silent, getting angry, become sad,  become restless, repeating the same thing over and over again, becoming religious,  become quarrelsome, becoming loqacious, starting to talk about business, looking in one direction etc.

    रोगी प्रलाप अवस्था(delirium) में अचानक से रोना, हंसना, तेज बोलना, चिल्लाना, बुदबुदाना ,गुस्सा करना, दुखी हो जाना, चुप हो जाना, गाना, बेचैन हो जाना, एक ही बात को बार-बार दोहराना, धार्मिक हो जाना, झगड़ा करना, बिजनेस की बातें  करने लगना, एक ही तरफ देखना आदि जैसी हरकतें करने लगता है।

     Patient delirium state me achanak se rone lagna,hanna ,tez bolna ,chillana ,badbadana, gussa karna,dukhi ho jana,chup ho jana,gane lagna,bechain ho jana,ek hi baat ko baar-baar repeat karna,religious ho jana ,jhagadne lagna,loqacious hona,business ki baten karne lagna ,ek hi taraf dekhna etc jaisi harkaten karne lagta hai.

Explanation:

     This rubric is applied when lines of worry are visible on the patient's face during observation in consultation or he expresses his worry about something and after that he goes into delirium state.

     Yah rubric tab apply kiya jata hai jab consultantaion me observation me patient ke chehre par chinta ki lakiren dikhti hai ya woh kisi baat par apne chinta zahir karta hai aur uske baad  delirium state me chala jata hai.

   यह रूब्रिक तब अप्लाई किया जाता है जब कंसल्टेशन में ऑब्जर्वेशन में मरीज के चेहरे पर चिंता की लकीरें दिखती हैं या वह किसी बात पर अपनी चिंता जाहिर करता है और उसके बाद  डिलिरियम स्टेट में चला जाता है।
