Anxiety:

A feeling of worry or fear, especially about the future

Bed:

A place for comfort 

आराम करने का स्थान

Heat:

The feeling of something hot,discomfort 

ताप, गरमी,परेशानी

Explanation:

Direct:

      The patient is feeling hot in that bed where he used to get comfort, due to absence of AC, cooler and the presence of mattresses in hot weather, he is not getting comfort, he is feeling restless.

Metaphoric:

     The patient is not getting any relief from the doctor from whom he is getting treatment, so he is worried as to what should be done? How will I get well? Should he be taken to another doctor because the treatment given by that doctor (bed) is creating trouble,i.e. no relief (hot) for him. 

Direct:

  मरीज को जिसपर आराम मिलता था अब वह बिस्तर गर्म मौसम में गड्डो के होने, एसी, कूलर के ना होने के कारण गर्म लग रहा है, आराम नहीं मिल रहा, बेचैनी हो रही है। 

Metaphoric: 

    मरीज़ जिस डॉक्टर से इलाज करवा रहा है, उससे उसे कोई आराम नहीं मिल रहा है, इसलिए वह परेशान है कि क्या करूँ? मैं कैसे ठीक होऊँगा? क्या उसे किसी दूसरे डॉक्टर के पास ले जाना चाहिए क्योंकि उस डॉक्टर का इलाज (बिस्तर) उसे तकलीफ़ दे रहा है यानी आराम नहीं दे रहा (गर्म)।

Direct:

    Patient ko jispar aaraam milta tha ab woh bed hot weather me gaddo ke hone,AC,cooler ke na hone  ke karan garm lag raha hai,aaram nahi mil raha,bechaini ho rahi hai.

Metaphoric:

    Patient jis doctor se ilaaj karwa raha hai usse koi aaraam nahi mil raha isliye chinta kar raha hai ki kya kiya jaye?Kaise mai theek hoonga?Kya doosre doctor ko dikhaya jaye  kyonki us doctor(Bed) ka ilaaj uske andar bechani(Hot) paida kar raha hai.Usko aaram nahi mil raha hai.
