Anxiety:

noun

A feeling of worry or fear, especially about the future

भय, चिंता या अनिश्‍चय की भावना विशेषतः भविष्‍य के प्रति

Anguish:

Severe mental or physical pain,suffering 

गहरी वेदना या पीड़ा; मनोव्‍यथा

Explanation:

      This rubric can be applied in such a situation when the patient is worried about something and is having extreme mental and physical pain or both. 

For example:

 1- A patient is having severe cancer pain and is very worried about the future of his family.

2- A female patient, after wandering from door to door and facing a lot of taunts from the society and family, has given birth a handicap child or she is suffering from some very serious illness due to which apart from mental pain patient is also worried about the future of the girl child.

      यह रूब्रिक ऐसी स्थिति में लागू होता है जब रोगी को किसी बात पर चिंता होती है और साथ में बहुत अधिक मानसिक या शारीरिक दर्द होता है। 

उदाहरण के लिए: 

1-किसी मरीज को कैंसर का जबरदस्त दर्द हो रहा है और वह अपने परिवार के भविष्य के लिए काफी चिंतित है।

2- एक महिला मरीज को डर-डर भटकने और समाज और घर के काफी ताने  सुनने के बाद अपाहिज लड़की पैदा हुई है या उसको कोई बहुत गंभीर बीमारी है जिसे लेकर मरीज़  को  मानसिक दर्द  के साथ लड़की के भविष्य के  भविष्य की चिंता भी है।

     Yah rubric aisi situation me apply kar sakte hain jab patient ko kisi baat pat ki chinta ke saath bahut zyada mental or physical pain ya dono ho sakte hain.

For example:

1-Kisi patient ko cancer ka zabardast dard ho raha hai aur woh apni family ke future ke liye kafi chintit hai.

2-Ek female patient ko dar-dar bhatakne aur society aur ghar ke kafi tane   sunne ke baad apahij ladki paida hui hai ya usko koi bahut serious beemari hai  jisko lekar usko mental pain ke saath saath ladki ke future ke liye chinta bhi hai.
