Gestures-A movement of the head ,hand etc to express something you can notice while case receiving or told by IPR .

     These are very important and real symptoms should be given more importance than patient's versions but should be taken with care.

Gesture -patient se case lete time ya ipr humko batata hai ki woh apne aap kuch head,hand etc se kuchh action karta hai.

    Observatary symptoms ko patient ke versions se adhik importance dena chahiye kyonki yah vital force ki awaaz hoti hai jabki patient ke version se unki feeling ko samajhna kafi mushqil hota hai.

Involuntary Motion:

Involuntary movements are bodily movements that occur without conscious control or intention. 

बिना किसी इरादे या नियंत्रण के अपने-आप होने वाले मोशन (Movement)

Grasping:

Hold something tightly
किसी चीज़ को कस कर ज़ोर से पकड़ना

Explanation:

          This rubric can be applied to a patient who spends most of his time in the waiting room or consultation room holding his knees tightly with his hands.

      यह रूब्रिक ऐसे मरीज़ों पर लागू होता है जो वेटिंग रूम या कंसल्टेंसी रूम में        अधिकतर अपने हाथों से अपने घुटनो को कसकर पकडे रहता है।
