Anxiety:

      Anxiety is a feeling of fear, dread, and uneasiness. It might cause you to sweat, feel restless and tense, and have a rapid heartbeat. 

      चिंता भय, दहशत और बेचैनी की भावना है। इसके कारण आपको पसीना आ सकता है, बेचैनी और तनाव महसूस हो सकता है, और दिल की धड़कन तेज़ हो सकती है।

Alternating:

Fainting:

      Fainting, also known as syncope, is a temporary loss of consciousness caused by a sudden decrease in blood flow to the brain. 

       बेहोशी, जिसे सिंकोप भी कहा जाता है, मस्तिष्क में रक्त प्रवाह में अचानक कमी के कारण चेतना का एक अस्थायी नुकसान है।

Explanation:

         Yah rubric tab liya ja sakta hai jab patient ko kabhi anxiety hoti hai,chintit hairan  pareshan rahta  hai ya kabhi behosh ho jata hai.Dono conditions me se kisi ek condition me  patient hamesha rahta hai.

         Aisa bhi kaha ja sakta hai ki patient ko alag-alag chintayen hoti hain jinko sonchte-sonchte woh behosh ho jata hai,hosh me aane par fir se chintaon me doob jata hai,yahi krum chalta rahta hai.

     

        यह रूब्रिक तब लिया जा सकता है जब रोगी को कभी चिंता होती है,परेशान रहता है या कभी बेहोश हो जाता है। दोनों स्थितियों में से किसी एक स्थिति में रोगी हमेशा रहता है।

       ऐसा भी कहा जा सकता है कि मरीज को अलग-अलग चिंता होती है, जिनको सोचते-सोचते वो बेहोश हो जाता है, होश में आने पर फिर से चिंता में डूब जाता है, यहीं क्रम चलता रहता है।

       This rubric can be taken when the sometimes patient feels anxious, worried, or sometimes becomes unconscious. The patient always remains in one of these two conditions.

         It can also be said that the patient has different concerns while thinking about which he becomes unconscious, on regaining consciousness he gets drowned in worries, this sequence continues.
