Anxiety:

noun

      Anxiety is a feeling of unease, worry, or fear, often about something that might happen in the future. It can be a normal response to stress, but when it becomes excessive, persistent, and interferes with daily life, it can be a sign of an anxiety disorder. 

     चिंता बेचैनी, चिंता या भय की भावना है, जो अक्सर भविष्य में होने वाली किसी घटना को लेकर होती है। यह तनाव के प्रति एक सामान्य प्रतिक्रिया हो सकती है, लेकिन जब यह अत्यधिक, लगातार बनी रहती है और दैनिक जीवन में हस्तक्षेप करती है, तो यह चिंता विकार का संकेत हो सकता है।

Anxiety signs(लक्षण):

1-Feeling nervous, restless or tense.

2-Having a sense of impending danger, panic or doom.

3-Having an increased heart rate.

4-Breathing rapidly (hyperventilation).

5-Sweating.

6-Trembling.

7-Feeling weak or tired.

Anguish:

Great mental pain or suffering

गहरी वेदना या पीड़ा मनोव्यथा

Horrible:

1- Bad or unpleasant

बुरा दुष्ट या अप्रिय

2- Shocking and/or frightening

बहुत बुरा और/या भयावह

Apparition:

A ghost or an image of a person who is dead

भूत-प्रेत मृत व्यक्ति की छाया

awake:

To wake up; to make somebody/something wake up

नींद से जागना जगाना

Explanation:

       This rubric can be applied to such patients who experience extreme pain/suffering after seeing frightening shadow of a ghost or dead person after which they start getting anxiety, such a patient experiences this just after waking up from sleep. It can be said that the patient sees all this in his dreams and on waking up the patient goes with Anguish in anxiety.

      Metaphorically a dead person is a person who has died for the patient, he may not have any meaning for him but may be his own, on seeing such a person in a frightening form, he feels a lot of mental pain as well as anxiety.

         Yah rubric aise patient ke liye le sakte hain jo bhoot-pret ya dead  person ki bhayanak shadow dekhkar usko bahut pain/suffering hoti hai jiske baad usko anxiety hone lagti hai,aisa patient ko sokar uthne ke baad hi hota.Aisa kah sakte hain ki woh yah sab dream me dekhta hai aur Jaagne par patient anguish ke saath anxiety me chala jata hai.

        Metaphorically  dead person aisa person hota jo  patient ke liye mar gaya ho,usse koi matlab na ho lekin kabhi apna ho,aise person ko bhayanak roop me dekhne par usko bahut mental pain ke saath anxiety bhi hoti hai.

      यह rubric ऐसे रोगियों पर लागू किया जा सकता है जो किसी भूत या मृत व्यक्ति की भयावह छाया देखकर अत्यधिक पीड़ा का अनुभव करते हैं जिसके बाद उन्हें anxiety होने लगती है, ऐसा रोगी नींद से जागने के तुरंत बाद यह अनुभव करता है। यह कहा जा सकता है कि रोगी यह सब अपने सपनों में देखता है और जागने पर रोगी चिंता में व्यथित हो जाता है।

    Metaphorically मृत व्यक्ति ऐसा व्यक्ति होता है जो रोगी के लिए मर गया हो, उससे कोई मतलब ना हो लेकिन कभी अपना हो, ऐसे व्यक्ति को भयानक रूप में देखने पर उसको बहुत मानसिक पीड़ा और साथ ही चिंता भी होती है।
