Explanation:  

            This rubric can be used for a female patient who gets very angry during menstruation, one reason for which could be that she was expecting pregnancy this month but it did not happen. All her efforts went in vain once again.

             Metaphorically, this rubric can also be used where the patient tries very hard to achieve something and expects a good result, but gets very angry when he does not get the desired result.

            Is rubric ko aise female patient ke liye use kiya ja sakta hai jisko menses time bahut gussa aata hai jisme ek reason yah bhi ho sakta hai woh pregnancy is month expect kar rahi thi lekin aisa na ho saka.uski sari koshishen ek baar fir bekar chali gayin.

          Metaphorically is rubric ko waha par bhi use kar sakte hain jaha par patient kisi cheez ko hasil karne ke liye bahut karta hai aur achcha result expect kar raha hota hai lekin manchaha result na milne par usko bahut gussa aata hai.

          यह rubric उन महिला रोगियों के लिए उपयुक्त है जिन्हें मासिक धर्म के दौरान बहुत गुस्सा आता है, जिसका एक कारण यह हो सकता है कि उन्हें इस महीने गर्भधारण की उम्मीद थी लेकिन ऐसा नहीं हुआ। उनके सारे प्रयास एक बार फिर व्यर्थ हो गए।

          Metaphorically  इस  rubric का उपयोग उन मामलों में भी किया जा सकता है जहां रोगी किसी चीज को हासिल करने के लिए बहुत प्रयास करता है और अच्छे परिणाम की उम्मीद करता है, लेकिन वांछित परिणाम न मिलने पर बहुत क्रोधित हो जाता है।
