Anger:

Impulse:

      A sudden desire to do something without thinking about the results

     परिणाम का विचार किए बिना कुछ करने की सहसा उत्पन्न इच्छा आवेग

Explanation:  

            This rubric can be used for such patients who have a strong desire to kill someone when they get angry. When they get angry, they want to kill without thinking about the consequences. Their capacity to think and understand gets lost, due to which the person gets angry and becomes obsessed with killing.
