Ailment:

An ailment is an illness, especially one that is not very serious. 

Pride:

The feeling of pleasure that you have when you or people who are close to you do something good or own something good

अपनी या मित्रों की उपलब्धि पर होने वाला आनंद या हर्ष; गर्व, अभिमान

Interpretation: 

The patient cannot digest the success of others and fall ill.
रोगी व्यक्ति दूसरों की सफलता को पचा नहीं पाता और बीमार पड़ जाता है।
Patient doosron ki kamyabi ko hazam nahi kar pata aur beemar pad jata hai.
Version:
    Two years ago, a guy came to my office, he studied less than me, I trained  him, now his salary is more than mine, he has become the boss's special man, he has also got promoted, I cannot digest all this.

    दो साल पहले मेरे ऑफिस में एक लड़का आया, वो मुझसे कम  शिक्षित था, मैंने उसे प्रशिक्षित किया  ,अब उसकी सैलरी मुझसे ज्यादा है, वो बॉस का खास आदमी बन गया है, उसका प्रमोशन भी हो गया है, मुझे ये सब हजम नहीं होता।

       Do saal hue ,mere office me ek lada aaya,mujhse kam padha likha,maine hi usko sikhaya,ab uski salary mujhse zyada hai,boss ka khas aadmi ban gaya hai,promotion bhi ho chuka hai,yab sab mujhse hazam nahi hota.
