गरज और बिजली के साथ आई आँधी, गरज-तूफ़ान, तड़ित-झंझा

Explanation:
The patient feels very anxious during a Thunderstorm as it affects everyone's life and causes loss too. Life becomes derailed and to bring it back on track one has to make efforts and work hard again. That is why when there is a Thunderstorm some patients become very scared because they have either seen or heard.

      Metaphorically, the wife is very worried and afraid of her husband's behavior. As soon as he comes inside the house after drinking alcohol, he starts hitting the wife and children, abusing them, throwing and breaking things, screaming loudly, like a thunderstorm comes, the family members get scared, everything becomes disorganized (messy).


       पेशेंट को वज्रपात के समय काफी चिंता होती है क्योंकि इससे सभी की जिंदगी प्रभावित होती है, नुक्सान भी होता है। जिंदगी बेपटरी हो जाती है जिसको पटरी पर लाने के लिए फिर से कोशिश और मेहनत करनी होती है। इसलिए जब थंडरस्टॉर्म के हालात बनते हैं तो कुछ patient बहुत डर जाते हैं क्योंकि उसने   बर्बादी  देखी या सुनी होती है।

      Metaphorically पत्नी अपने पति के व्यवहार से बहुत चिंतित और डरती है, जैसी ही वह घर के अंदर आता है शराब पीकर आता है पत्नी और बच्चों को मारना, गाली देना, चीज को फेंकना और तोड़-फोड़ करना, जोर जोर से चिल्लाना एक तरह थंडरस्टॉर्म ही आ जाता है, परिवार के लोग डर जाते हैं, सब कुछ अस्त-व्यस्त हो जाता है।

      Patient ko Thunderstorm ke samay kafi chinta hoti hai kyonki isse sabhi ki life affected hoti hai,nuksaan bhi hota hai.Life bepatri ho jati hai jisko patri par lane ke liye fir se koshish aur mehnat karni hoti hai.
Isliye jab Thunderstorm ke halat bante hain to kuchh patient bahut darr jate hain kyonki usne barbaad ya to dekhi hoti hai ya suni hoti hai.

      Metaphorically wife apne pati ke behavior se bahut chintit aur dari rahti hai, jaisi hi woh ghar ke  sharab pikar aata hai, patni aur bachchon ko marna, gali dena,cheezon ko fekna aur tod-fod karna ,jor jor se chillana ek tarah ka  Thunderstorm hi aa jata hai,parivaar ke log darr jate hain,sabkuchh ast-vyast(dearange,messy) ho jata hai.
