Gestures-A movement of the head ,hand etc to express something you can notice while case receiving or told by IPR .

     These are very important and real symptoms should be given more importance than patient's versions but should be taken with care.

Gesture -patient se case lete time ya ipr humko batata hai ki woh apne aap kuch head,hand etc se kuchh action karta hai.

    Observatary symptoms ko patient ke versions se adhik importance dena chahiye kyonki yah vital force ki awaaz hoti hai jabki patient ke version se unki feeling ko samajhna kafi mushqil hota hai.

Shy :

Nervous and uncomfortable about meeting and speaking to people; showing that somebody feels like this.

लोगों से मिलने और बात करने में घबराहट और बेचैनी अनुभव करने वाला; संकोची, शरमीला, झेंपू; संकोच दिखाने वाला

             This rubric can be applied to patients who show excessive shyness, especially during illness.

         यह रूब्रिक ऐसे मरीज़ों पर लागू किया जा सकता है जो ज़रूरत से ज्यादा शर्मीले  होते हैं, खासतौर पर बीमारी की हालत में हैं।

            Yah rubric  aise patients par  apply kiya ja sakta hai jo jaroorat se zyada sharmate hain khastaur par beemari ki halat me.
