Anxiety:

noun

      Anxiety is a feeling of unease, worry, or fear, often about something that might happen in the future. It can be a normal response to stress, but when it becomes excessive, persistent, and interferes with daily life, it can be a sign of an anxiety disorder. 

     चिंता बेचैनी, चिंता या भय की भावना है, जो अक्सर भविष्य में होने वाली किसी घटना को लेकर होती है। यह तनाव के प्रति एक सामान्य प्रतिक्रिया हो सकती है, लेकिन जब यह अत्यधिक, लगातार बनी रहती है और दैनिक जीवन में हस्तक्षेप करती है, तो यह चिंता विकार का संकेत हो सकता है।

Anxiety signs(लक्षण):

1-Feeling nervous, restless or tense.

2-Having a sense of impending danger, panic or doom.

3-Having an increased heart rate.

4-Breathing rapidly (hyperventilation).

5-Sweating.

6-Trembling.

7-Feeling weak or tired.

Acid:

       An acid is a substance that is characterized by a sour taste, the ability to turn blue litmus paper red, and the capacity to react with bases to form salts. Acids are found in everyday items like lemon juice and vinegar.

      अम्ल(acid) एक ऐसा पदार्थ है जिसकी विशेषताएँ हैं खट्टा स्वाद, नीले लिटमस पत्र को लाल करने की क्षमता, और क्षारों के साथ अभिक्रिया करके लवण बनाने की क्षमता। अम्ल नींबू के रस और सिरके जैसी रोज़मर्रा की चीज़ों में पाए जाते हैं।

Explanation:

          This rubric will be used for those patients who start feeling anxiety on using any acid, acids do not suit them. As soon as he uses any acid, his condition becomes worse so he tries to avoid it.

          Yah rubric us patient ke liye use karenge jisko kisi bhi acid ka use karne par anxiety hone lagti hai,acids usko suit nahi karte.Jaise hi kisi acid ko use karta hai,halat kharab ho jati hai isliye woh inse bachne ki koshish karta hai.

          यह रूब्रिक उन मरीज़ों के लिए इस्तेमाल की जाएगी जिन्हें किसी भी एसिड के इस्तेमाल से anxiety होने लगती है, एसिड का उपयोग उनके लिए ठीक नहीं होता जैसे ही वो किसी भी एसिड का इस्तेमाल करते हैं, उनकी हालत बिगड़ जाती है, इसलिए वो उससे बचने की कोशिश करते हैं।
