Anxiety:

noun

      Anxiety is a feeling of unease, worry, or fear, often about something that might happen in the future. It can be a normal response to stress, but when it becomes excessive, persistent, and interferes with daily life, it can be a sign of an anxiety disorder. 

     चिंता बेचैनी, चिंता या भय की भावना है, जो अक्सर भविष्य में होने वाली किसी घटना को लेकर होती है। यह तनाव के प्रति एक सामान्य प्रतिक्रिया हो सकती है, लेकिन जब यह अत्यधिक, लगातार बनी रहती है और दैनिक जीवन में हस्तक्षेप करती है, तो यह चिंता विकार का संकेत हो सकता है।

Anxiety signs(लक्षण):

1-Feeling nervous, restless or tense.

2-Having a sense of impending danger, panic or doom.

3-Having an increased heart rate.

4-Breathing rapidly (hyperventilation).

5-Sweating.

6-Trembling.

7-Feeling weak or tired.

Disguises:

1-To change the appearance, sound, etc. of somebody/something so that people cannot recognize them/it

आकृति, आवाज़ आदि को ऐसे बदल लेना या बदल देना कि पहचाना ना जा सके

2-A thing that you wear or use to change your appearance so that nobody recognizes you

रूप बदलने के लिए धारण की गई वस्तु छद्मवेश स्वाँग

Vainly:

  in an unsuccessful or futile way; in vain.

असफल या निरर्थक तरीके से; व्यर्थ।

Explanation:

          This rubric can be used for such patient who tries to hide his anxiety and behaves in such a manner as if he is not worried about anything, everything is fine but his face tells that the patient is lying, he is very worried from inside, he is trying unsuccessfully to hide his bad condition.

        Yah rubric aise patient ke liye use kar sakte hain jo apni anxiety chhupane ki koshis to karta hai ,aisa behave karta hai ki usko kisi baat ki chinta nahi hai, sab theek hai lekin uska chehra bata deta hai ki patient shoot bol raha hai ,woh andar se bahut pareshaan hai ,apni kharab halat ko chhipane ki nakaam koshish kar raha hai.

         इस रूब्रिक का प्रयोग ऐसे रोगी के लिए किया जा सकता है जो अपनी चिंता को छिपाने का प्रयास करता है,इस तरह से व्यवहार करता है जैसे कि उसे किसी बात की चिंता नहीं है, सब कुछ ठीक है लेकिन उसका चेहरा बताता है कि रोगी झूठ बोल रहा है, वह अंदर से बहुत चिंतित है, वह अपनी खराब स्थिति को छिपाने का असफल प्रयास कर रहा है।
